Skybanner

The Skybanners systems we fly are light weight material banners, that are suspended under the helicopter via attachment to an approved cargo hook; a main rope supports the actual banner, which in turn is ballasted by a weight bag at the front-bottom corner of the banner.

Banners are designed in sizes ranging from 1,000 sq.mt. to 2,000 sq.mt. The standard size is 1,500 sq.mt. or approx 15,000 sq.ft. (25m X 60m). Aerodynamic shape is attained by curves cut into the leading-edge of the banner; at normal flight speed of approx 35 knots, and in combination with the ballast weight, the correct angle and flight penetration for the banner is acquired.

The banners have considerable turning ability, enabling creative flight paths that can effectively cover urban/city areas. Operating at normal flight levels of 1,000 ft, the effectiveness is greatly enhanced by the size, and hence visibility, of the advertising message.

Artwork

Please note that the banners are made BIG so that they can be seen and read clearly; all artwork/graphics should be as large as possible to maximize readability. Artwork, required as JPG file, must be received at time of payment.

Production and campaign lead time

We ask for one month from confirmation of order (payment & artwork received) to delivery to you. For any potential client, if they email us a brand/logo, we can do concept visuals on Photoshop that will show the client exactly how their banner design would look.

Production Price

Pricing is €13.00 per square meter. For the Standard Size Skybanner, 1,500sqm the price is €19,500 (Smaller or larger banners same price per square meter).
We require the payment for banner up front, via bank transfer, to confirm the order.

 

Skybanner campaigns - Flight Paths

For every Skybanner campaign we design a flight schedule that suits the needs of each client. We will consult with the clients to determine the optimum flight path over city areas so that each Skybanner reaches the maximum number of people possible, and/or targets specific areas of population, or targets a specific event in any given city, over the event period.

We plan flight path that cover huge number of consumers. Surveys show that one Skybanner flight of four hours can reach 1 in 3 people of the population base we fly over. One campaign conducted over one two weeks period can reach a huge percentage of any population base.

Total flight hours and Price

Each Skybanner campaign is contracted with a total number of Flight Hours.
The minimum Flight Hours per contract/banner is five hours.
Flight hour with the skybanner system installed is €1900+19%VAT

Examples:
Event Campaign for a city -10 hours over one week period; 5 flights of 2 hours
City Total Coverage - 20 hours over a 2 weeks period; 10 flights of 2 hours
