If you own a Rent Helicopter Card you can:
- order your aircraft rental (helicopter or airplane) by telephone from the place you are till the place you want to go
- make recommendations for other persons to be invited in the program.
FAQ Rent Helicopters Card
Q: How does the card work?
A Rent Helicopters Card is a prepaid card that, when purchased, is pre-loaded with a certain amount of money.
Q: I just received a Card. Can I start using it immediately?
A: Before using your Card, you must activate it by calling our automated Customer Service line.
You must also sign the back of your Card immediately upon receipt and should make note of your Card number and our Customer Service number in case your Card is lost or stolen. We suggest that you confirm your name and address as well to assist us if your Card is lost or stolen. It’s easy and safe.
Q: Are there any fees associated with my Card?
A: The Monthly Maintenance Fee is zero. Your flight time is to be deducted from your available balance until the balance reaches €0.00 and will not cause the Card balance to fall below €0.00. If we send you a Replacement Card for a lost or stolen Card, the Monthly Maintenance Fee will still be zero. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the Cardholder Agreement for additional fees that may be applied to your Card.
Q: Does my Card have an expiration date?
A: Your Card is valid until the “Valid Thru” date printed on the front of your Card and you cannot use the Card after the expiration date. While the available funds on your Card do not expire, you may contact Customer Service and we can provide you with a Replacement Card for a Card Replacement Fee of €15.00. This amount will be deducted from the remaining balance. If you prefer to receive the money for the remaining balance in your bank account a €20.00 Expired Card Fee will be deducted from the remaining balance.
Q: What should I do if my Card is lost or stolen?
A: Please insure your Card’s safety and contact Customer Service immediatelyif your Card is lost, stolen or used improperly. You must provide your Card number and other identifying details. We cannot provide a Replacement Card if you do not have your Card number available. A Replacement Card will be mailed if our records show that there are still available funds remaining on the Card. A Card Replacement Fee of €35.00 will be deducted from the remaining balance. The Replacement Card will be in the amount of the available funds on your Card at the time you notified us that it was lost/stolen.
Q: Can additional value be added to the Card?
A: Yes. Your Card can be reloaded.
Q: How can I check my Card balance or review purchases made with my Card?
A: If you’re unsure as to how much money remains on your Card or wish to review previous purchases with your Card, call the Customer Service line. If you have a question about a transaction posted to your Card, please notify us immediately, but no later than 60 days from the date of the transaction, by contacting Customer Service.
Q: Where can I use my Card?
A: The Card can be used at thousands of helicopter operators all over the world. Simply call our Customer Service and we will provide you with an air charter solution. The full purchase amount including taxes and any other fees will be deducted from available funds whenever your Card is used to make a purchase. Our Customer Service line is available for you to track your purchases and available funds. The Card cannot be used at ATMs, for cash withdrawals, or for recurring bill payments. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the Cardholder Agreement for additional information on Card usage.
